AeroVironment’s advanced manufacturing build-out included 94,500 SF of tenant improvement and a 49,473 SF epoxy-floored high bay warehouse space for the government contractor’s 78-meter wingspan high-altitude pseudo-satellite.

RCI Builders, Inc. was onboard during architectural sketch phase work between the architect and developer to maintain aesthetic and budgetary integrity.

The project involved complete replacement of existing windows as well as new cutouts for additional lighting, a sweeping steel and glue lam structural renovation to accommodate a curtain wall fronting the main entry and atrium, a new common area with sleek stair design and upgraded finishes, complete HVAC system, and new roof.

During the core and shell period, a new tenant was brought in and started interior renovation.
