Patriot Commerce Center

For the upcoming Patriot Commerce Center Campus, a seven building total, 20.2 AC industrial park located in the city of Moorpark, California. RCI Builders progressed with several phases of offsite work for the cities of Moorpark. This included the installation of a new city street waterline from the project site. Improvements also include retention of water systems. One parcel included many shot crete retaining walls and v-gutters to allow for a super pad for a future lease for a major home improvement retailer site. The other foocie condominiums were partially purchased through construction so many of the tenant improvements were also built by RCI Builders.
