Stratton & Sons

Moving and storage company Stratton & Sons brought RCI Builders on board for facility expansion, adding 49,870 SF of industrial space to existing property. The new industrial space features 42 ft tilt-up panels with 33 ft clear height, an open web steel joist roof system, and dock levelers, and included offsite improvements through the LA County Bureau of Engineering.

The team dedicated extensive precon analysis to logistics to maintain open operation of Stratton & Sons’ adjacent building throughout the course of the project.
