Proximity at Washington Glencoe

Landmark 19 is a 4-story apartment complex located on Washington boulevard in Culver City. The 19-unit building had floor to ceiling storefront system as exterior windows with condominium quality finishes throughout. The exterior cladding system was a mix of ATAS metal panels, custom steel sunshades, and smooth stucco. The main challenge to be overcome on this project was its tight zero lot line footprint and location on a major arterial street. The completion of this project brought in a new level of exterior façade expectation to the Culver City area.
